About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Audelia Road in Richardson, and it shows up in the reviews for its people. Harrison gets named a lot. Reviewers describe him as professional, easy to talk to, and willing to work with you on price and unit choice. Verenice and Connie come up too, for being pleasant and kind to out-of-state visitors who showed up stressed. The units run from small 5x10 up to large 10x30, most of them climate controlled, some inside on the first floor, some upstairs with elevator access. There is also a 10x20 outside unit with drive-up access if you would rather pull right up. The property is described as clean and organized. Gate access runs around the clock. One reviewer had a broken elevator but said the district manager responded fast and it was fixed in about a day. Not everyone is sold. One renter warns that rates can climb and questions how climate controlled the units really feel. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit.
