About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Dallas with drive-up access to outside units, including 10x20 and 10x30 spaces listed for vehicle and boat parking. Rollup doors make backing a rig in simpler, and the larger outside units are enclosed. Indoor climate controlled units are available too, though those are the smaller 5x5 and 10x10 sizes. Reviews land at 4.6 from 345 Google ratings, and staff come up often. People describe employees as respectful, friendly and good at explaining things clearly. One reviewer mentions getting into a unit fast at the last minute. Others single out help with payments and transfers. Not every review is positive. A few describe break-ins, cut locks and slow follow-up from management, so it is worth reading the recent ones yourself before committing. Cameras are listed on site. Reserving online is free, and eRental lets you skip the counter on move-in day.
