About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits at 500 Buckingham Rd in Richardson, near Whitehall Dr. It's a self-storage facility that also lists automobile and boat storage among its categories, so you can park an RV or trailer here alongside regular household units. The site has cameras, and the office is open set hours rather than around the clock. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. Sarah gets named for patience, including with a deaf customer who uses ASL, and Ismael, Tina, and Justin come up for sorting out billing and timing problems. People describe renting as quick and the atmosphere as welcoming. The 4.9 rating across 444 reviews backs that up. Two reviews tell a rougher story. One person reported a unit near an outside door was cleaned out and suggested more than one lock and something sturdier than the stock lock. Another saw the rate on a small unit climb over time. Read those before you pick a unit. If price matters, ask what the rate will be after the intro period.
