Public Storage

About Public Storage

This Public Storage on Richardson has drive-up outside units in 10x15 up to 10x30 sizes, and the largest ones are marked for boats or vehicles. If you need to park a rig and still get to it on your own schedule, the gate is open 24/7. Inside units range from 5x10 up to 10x10, some on the first floor and some upstairs by elevator. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. Reviewers mostly talk about the staff. Polite, quick to answer questions, and willing to walk you through a unit before you sign. One person praised an employee named Rocky for being there in person, and another said a tour helped them land a fair deal. The kiosk and online rental come up too, along with the move-out process. Not everyone is happy. Some reviews mention rent increases that came sooner and steeper than expected, a climate control claim they dispute, and elevator outages. A few call the entry tricky and the service mostly virtual. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit.
