About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Ocala and handles more than household clutter. The unit list includes outside drive-up spaces and a large 10x30 spot billed for boats or vehicles, so rigs have somewhere to go. The property is gated, and 24/7 access is listed. Reviews are mixed, and the split is worth knowing. Several people praise the staff by name, calling them friendly, helpful and quick to sort out lock problems and move-ins. Others describe trouble reaching a live person by phone and gate codes that did not work, which cost them time and money. Reviewers also mention a clean facility and a secure property. Climate controlled inside units are available if you need one. The online eRental option lets you skip the counter. If you want to talk to someone first, try stopping by in person.
