About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Ocala handles indoor and outdoor vehicle parking, from a large uncovered lot to enclosed 10x20 and 10x25 units with rollup doors and drive-up access. Some spaces come with 24-hour access. The property is open around the clock. Reviews are mixed but lean positive, with a 4.6 rating across 52 Google reviews. Several people call out staff by name for fixing problems, including Rodney, Stacie, Trina, Kathy, Bethany and Maria. Others mention clean units and an easy rental process. Not every review is kind. One reviewer describes a homeless camp on the property and says management did nothing. Another complains about frequent price increases, and one says they were locked out of a paid unit. What renters mention
“Thank goodness for Rodney because he is absolutely perfect! I had issues with customer service because they couldn’t find my unit although I gave them the full address and full unit number.” – voncea b., 5 years ago, on Google
“Stacie amd Trina both went above and beyond to help me with website issues I was having that would not allow me to pay for my new reservation. I was SO ready to just reserve somewhere else but these 2 saved the day!” – Kai J., a year ago, on Google
“Maria was a light in a dark time a month ago and made getting a storage unit easy and stress free. And I'm glad I got to deal with her when it came to renting the storage truck to help me move into my new house. Thank you so much maria.” – james l., 7 years ago, on Google
