About Public Storage
Public Storage on NE 25th in Ocala handles RVs, boats, and vehicles with large drive-up units, plus climate-controlled inside spaces. The place is open 24/7 and has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot. Reviewers often mention how easy the rental process is. Staff like John and Yanique get named for being patient and clear, and one person said Yanique made sure they were comfortable before renting. Mario, the maintenance manager, was spotted greeting new arrivals and explaining move-out steps. The facility gets called clean more than once. A few reviews point to hiccups with the access app and phone tag when trying to switch units. That said, the majority of feedback is positive, and the team seems to resolve problems when they come up.
