About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Matthews handles more than boxes. The lot has uncovered outdoor parking for RVs, boats, and vehicles with drive-up access, so you pull in and park without threading a big rig past a row of doors. There are also enclosed units in larger sizes and a climate-controlled 10x10 inside if you need it for other gear. Reviews land at 4.7 across more than 500 Google ratings, and the names that keep coming up are Amber and Richard. People describe them as thorough, funny, and quick to sort out problems, including one reviewer who said they fixed an online signup mistake and saved money doing it. Others mention finding the right unit size without much back and forth, though a few reviewers bring up fees. One older review complains about the elevator and a locked stairwell, so if you need upper floors, ask about access when you reserve. Online rental is available if you would rather skip the counter.
