About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Wallace Lane in Charlotte runs a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage, with covered options mentioned. It holds a 4.7 rating across 640 Google reviews, and the staff come up often. Reviewers describe the front desk team as polite, friendly and clear when explaining things, and more than one names a specific employee who made a move-in easier. The reviews are not all warm. Some complain about rent going up repeatedly and say the first rate does not last. Others describe elevator outages, locked bathrooms and mess from a flooring project. If you are parking a rig, ask where the unit sits and how you get to it before you sign. The office is open set hours rather than around the clock, and the entrance and lot are wheelchair accessible. Reserve online or call ahead if you want to see the space first.
