About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Irving and covers more than standard self-storage. The categories include automobile, boat and RV storage, and covered storage is among the options mentioned. Units are climate controlled, and the facility is open 24/7 for access. Online eRental lets you skip the counter. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Vanessa and Heather get named for being friendly, patient and quick to help, and one customer said the rental process was smooth. Others mention clean, well-maintained units, a secure feel and working elevators. A handful call the place new. Not every review is kind. One renter had a billing dispute after moving in and was not happy about it. Worth reading the full set before you commit. The site is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking.
