About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Story Rd W in Irving handles more than household goods. The location lists vehicle storage among its options, which puts it in the mix for RV owners hunting for a spot off W Walnut Hill Ln. Units come in small, medium and large sizes, and the facility offers drive-up access and climate control. Reviews lean heavily on the staff, and one name keeps coming up. Desiree, the manager, gets called welcoming, professional and patient, with several people saying she sorted out a wrong-size unit or walked them through the rental paperwork without friction. Reviewers also describe the property as clean and easy to move through, including one who unloaded a tractor trailer right by a unit and praised the trailer access. Google shows a 4.9 rating across 834 reviews, and the listing notes wheelchair access at the entrance and parking lot. Hours are posted but the gates are not open 24/7, so plan your arrival.
