About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Longhorn Drive in Irving and handles more than household goods. The listings include covered, indoor and outdoor spots, plus boat and RV storage, so there is room for a rig that does not fit in a garage. The gate is electronic and keypad controlled, the property is lit, and access runs around the clock. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else, naming Sara, Sarah, Ryan and Crystal for walking them through rentals and following up after move-in. Carts and dollies are on hand for hauling, and one reviewer said the team called about a payment issue before a late charge hit. With a 4.7 rating across 445 Google reviews, the recurring notes are a clean property and a rental process people describe as easy. Online eRental lets you skip the counter. Reserve ahead if you want a specific spot.
