About Public Storage
This Dallas Public Storage sits in a crowded field of self-storage options, but its reviews set it apart. It carries a 4.7 rating across 453 Google reviews, and the recurring theme is people. Reviewers single out staff members by name, describe them as patient and polite, and talk about being walked through the whole rental process on the phone. A few mention the move-in special. It's not all smooth. Some reviewers describe mix-ups over unit type, and a couple complain that rates climb over time and that insurance is now required to rent. One review describes a dispute that got ugly. Online eRental is an option if you'd rather skip the counter. The company says it has been at this nearly 50 years. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are available.
