About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Skillman in Dallas, and it handles more than household clutter. The largest outdoor units, 10x30, are set up for boats and vehicles with rollup doors and drive-up access. If you want your rig inside, there is a climate-controlled 10x30 inside unit on the ground floor, near the door or elevator. Reviewers tend to talk about the people as much as the space. They describe courteous, efficient staff who explain the process and sort out problems, and one long-time renter called a manager the best she has dealt with. A few mention the property feels secure. Not everyone is happy: one reviewer had trouble reaching anyone on site and could not get to their belongings. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and there is an eRental option that lets you skip the counter. The property is veteran-owned and wheelchair accessible, and the office keeps set hours rather than staying open around the clock. Reviews sit at 4.5 from 149 ratings.
