About Extra Space Storage
On Walnut Hill Ln near Plano Rd, this Extra Space location handles self storage and vehicle storage, with climate control and drive-up access among the options. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Nick, Ken, Cindy, Tina and Melissa all get named for being patient and quick to help, and one reviewer said the manager went above and beyond during a move. People describe the property as well cared for and safe, and one reviewer felt fine visiting a unit alone. Several mention new units, and a few note that the facility will receive deliveries for tenants. Signing up online was easy for at least one short-term renter, who also said ending the contract came with no hidden fees. The front desk gets steady praise for politeness and for explaining locks and contracts. Worth knowing: more than one reviewer says rates climb over time, so ask about pricing before you commit to a long stay.
