About Prime Storage
Prime Storage runs a self-storage facility in Richmond, Virginia, and vehicle storage for cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles is part of what they offer. Units come in a range of sizes, and some locations have climate controlled units. Leases run month to month, and you can pay and manage your account online. Dollies and moving carts are on hand, and they sell packing and moving supplies. The staff gets the most attention in reviews. People describe them as kind, patient and helpful, with several naming one team member who walked them through their options and answered questions. Reviewers also call the building and units clean and the setup easy. Not every review is warm. A few mention rent going up, in one case by a lot, and one person said temporary storage containers took up most of the outside parking. Others say they asked and had a fee increase removed. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you sign. The office is wheelchair accessible, and it is not open 24/7, so check the posted hours.
