About Public Storage
Public Storage runs a self-storage facility in Richmond, Virginia, with climate-controlled units and gated access. The site is open 24/7 and the category includes vehicle storage for cars and boats. Climate control shows up across the unit sizes they list. Reviewers point to two different experiences. Several praise the staff for being kind and informative, and one singles out Kim for walking them through the process. Others describe the space and the clean facility as a plus. Large units get the most mentions. The criticism is just as direct. Some renters say prices went up more than once, and late fees came up in several reviews. One person wrote about a flooded unit. Others had trouble reaching anyone by phone or through the self-service kiosk. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit.
