About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on West End Drive in Henrico, and reviewers keep bringing up the same person. Kristie, the manager, comes up again and again for being kind, clear about what you're getting, and easy to work with even when someone is setting things up from out of town. The property has outdoor parking for RVs and boats, plus gated electronic entry and cameras around the grounds. Reviewers describe the facility as clean and say the units are kept in good shape. There are climate controlled and non climate controlled units, drive-up access, and wide drive aisles that make it easier to move a larger vehicle through. Renting can be handled online, and the app opens the gate wirelessly. A few people mention a first-time gate access lesson being useful. With a 4.9 rating across 955 reviews, the feedback leans heavily on the staff and the condition of the property.
