About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits on McHenry Ave in Modesto, close to Creekside Golf Course and Modesto Junior College. It's a self-storage facility with outdoor parking, so there's room for the rig along with bikes, business inventory, and household overflow. The property is gated, and tenants get access around the clock. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 318 ratings, and a common thread is the staff. People name Angela and James in particular, describing them as welcoming, knowledgeable, and good at sorting out a snag. Reviewers also call the property clean and the facility secure. Not everything is glowing. Some mention rats and gaps around units, and more than one complaint is about reaching someone in the office or trouble with gate codes. You can rent online, pay online, and lease month to month. Drive-up access helps with loading, and packing and moving supplies are sold on site. The office keeps set hours, so plan around them if you need a person rather than a screen.
