About American Storage
American Storage has been serving Stanislaus County for over 25 years, with 571 RV, boat and self storage units. The RV and boat spots are fully enclosed, which matters if you want your rig out of the weather and behind a gate. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. People describe friendly faces and genuine help, with one longtime customer calling it like a big family. Cleanliness comes up often too, and a motorhome owner of nearly three years said they never had a problem. One practical note from the reviews: weekend hours are 9 to 4, shorter than weekdays. A customer storing a motorhome wished they opened earlier on Saturdays and Sundays, especially in Modesto summer heat. There's also a review reporting a theft from a unit, so read through the reviews yourself before you commit. Call or stop by to ask about availability.
