About Modern Storage® Lowell
Modern Storage Lowell sits at 1407 W Monroe Ave, just off Interstate 49 and a short drive from Rogers, Springdale, Cave Springs, and Fayetteville. It was formerly NWA Easy Storage. The lot offers covered and outdoor parking for RVs, boats, trailers, and extra vehicles. The place is gated with cameras and 24/7 access, and there's a dump station and wash area on site. Reviewers keep coming back to how clean the property is, and several mention feeling good about security. One long-time renter has kept a coach there for over three years. Others call out staff by name for being helpful and quick to sort out problems. You can rent your space online and move in the same day. Boats and trailers are welcome alongside RVs, and the location near JB Hunt and Arvest Bank makes it easy to swing by while running errands.
