About Arkansas Self Storage
Arkansas Self Storage sits in Lowell and runs a gated facility with lit grounds. Reviewers mention climate controlled units kept at a steady cool temperature, and one noted their unit was spotless on move-in day. Carts are on hand for hauling your stuff to and from the door. The staff gets a lot of love in the reviews. People describe them as friendly, prompt and willing to work with what you need. One customer reserved a unit weeks ahead and found the paperwork ready on move-in day. Another stayed four years and called it the best storage company they had found, partly because of the on-site restroom. A long-term renter of 13 years reported no issues with security, billing or the office. Grounds and buildings come up as well maintained and clean across several reviews. This is self storage with boat and RV options in the mix, so call ahead to talk through what you need to park.
