About SpareBox Storage
SpareBox Storage on the self-storage side of things in Rogers, Arkansas, also lists itself under RV, boat and automobile storage. The place is gated, and climate control comes up in its listed amenities. It's a veteran-owned and women-owned business, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. Reviews land at 4.5 stars over 156 Google ratings, and the staff is what comes up most. People name Kedisha, Jonathan, Shawndres and Vanessa for listening, walking them through cancellations and helping when a gate code or unit number was long gone. Ease of use, helpfulness and the location get mentioned too. Not everyone is happy. A few reviewers describe steep rate increases over a short stretch and complain about autopay billing. If you're comparing monthly costs, read the recent reviews yourself before you sign. One reviewer mentions a 10x20 unit, so larger spaces do turn up here.
