About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Midlothian Turnpike is a self-storage facility that also offers outdoor parking for RVs and boats. Reviewers consistently mention the clean grounds and easy access from the freeway. The site is gated with electronic entry and multiple entrance/exit gates, so you're not stuck waiting in line. Customer service gets a lot of love in the reviews. William, the manager, is singled out for walking people through their options and fixing issues quickly. People also call the facility secure and say they feel safe leaving their belongings there. One reviewer noted the climate-controlled building just blows air, so keep that in mind if you need true cooling. A few reviewers warn that prices can climb after the intro period, so read your lease terms. For RV owners, the outdoor parking is straightforward, and the wide drive aisles make maneuvering a bigger rig less of a headache. The location is just off the highway, which is handy for a quick stop or long-term parking.
