About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, and the reviews lean heavily on one person: Mo, the site manager. Reviewers call her knowledgeable, polite, and quick to fix problems, including one customer who was given the wrong unit online and had it sorted without fuss. People also note the grounds stay clean. Outdoor parking is one of the storage options here, alongside climate controlled and non-climate units. The lot is gated with electronic entry, and a manager lives on site. Vehicles are allowed in drive-up units, and the wide drive aisles make it easier to swing a rig around. A few reviewers mention that rates tend to go up about every six months, and one notes that booking online is cheaper than walking in. The rating is high across more than a thousand reviews. Call ahead to confirm what fits your RV.
