About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Hull Street Rd in Richmond, and the lot handles more than just household goods. Outdoor parking is listed among the storage options here, so boats and other vehicles have a place alongside the units. The property is gated with electronic access, and the site is lit. Climate controlled units are available, and there are non climate controlled ones too. Reviews mention a kiosk on site and golf cart rides around the property. With a 4.9 rating across more than 1,200 Google reviews, the staff gets most of the credit. Reviewers name Dana, Chris, Alyssa and Teresa Moss, and describe them as courteous, knowledgeable and quick to help. Others call the place clean and the rental process straightforward. One note from a reviewer: booking online still means verifying your ID in person before move-in.
