About U-Store
On a normal Baltimore block, U-Store runs drive-up and temperature-controlled units behind a gate. Cameras cover the property and the lot is lit, so you are not fumbling in the dark after work. Boats can be stored here too, which saves you hunting for a separate lot. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Many mention friendly staff by name, and one long-time renter says the manager walked them through how to fit more into their unit. Others describe a smooth rental from start to finish and a clean, secure property. The complaints are about fees. A couple of reviewers were unhappy with a convenience fee added to payments they had been making for years, and one said a question about a charge went unanswered for a week. Worth asking about payment options when you reserve. Online payments and packing supplies are available.
