About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Baltimore and runs as a self-storage facility. Renters here get 24/7 access, so you can pull in when it suits you rather than when the office is open. Reservations are free with no commitment, and there is an online eRental option if you want to skip the counter and head straight to your unit. Reviews land at 4.6 stars from 428 people. The staff come up again and again. Otto, Tyriell, Crystal and Syrita get named for being kind, patient and clear about the options. One reviewer said Syrita showed them the space and hunted down a cart. Others mention help with door issues and a lock handed over on the spot. Not everything is glowing. A handful of reviews mention rats, and one person said the on-site staff were not always around during posted business hours. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit.
