About Turner Road Storage
Turner Road Storage runs a self-storage site in Salem that also takes RVs, boats and autos. Covered storage is one of the options. The office and showroom stock boxes, locks and packing materials if you need them while you're moving in. The staff get the most mentions in reviews, and they're good ones. Reviewers call them friendly and professional, and one long-time customer since 2017 singles out Jonathan for staying on top of timelines. Security and cleanliness also come up, along with cameras on the property. The rating sits at 4.3 from 76 reviews. Not every note is positive. A couple of reviewers mention mice and pest control, and one says rodent damage to their belongings went unaddressed. Another wishes leaves and pine needles were cleared more often around unit doors between buildings. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit to a long-term unit.
