About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Salem and handles more than just household goods. The lot takes RVs, boats, and cars, with covered, indoor, and outdoor spots on a gated property that's lit and open to keypad access around the clock. Reviewers often bring up the staff. Katie and Christian get named for being kind and helpful, and several people mention how easy the setup was. The grounds and units get called clean in a handful of reviews too. Not every review is warm. A few folks complain about rate hikes and a gate that was broken, and one person got locked in overnight. It's a big, busy facility with a 4.6 rating across 333 reviews, so read the recent ones before you commit.
