About Sunny Side Storage LLC
Sunny Side Storage in Ware runs a tight ship. The lot is gated, cameras watch the grounds around the clock, and renters get 24/7 access to their units. Sizes go from 5x5 up to 10x30, so there is room for a small trailer or a full-size rig. Online payments are available. Reviewers keep coming back to the same points: the place is clean and well kept, and the renting process is simple. Several mention Bill, the owner, by name. He calls people personally, explains what they need to know, and stays on top of maintenance. One reviewer was glad to get access right away before the weather turned. Not everyone is thrilled with the price. One renter notes the units are not heated or cooled and have no electricity, and a recent increase has them looking to move out. Still, most call it a secure, well-run spot with staff who answer the phone. Office hours are 7AM to 7PM, seven days a week.
