About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Springfield and rents outside units with rollup doors and drive-up access, the kind you want if you're parking a rig rather than hauling boxes up a hallway. There are also inside units on the ground floor and upper levels if you'd rather keep things enclosed. Gate access runs 24/7, so you aren't stuck working around office hours. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else, especially a manager named Victor, described as patient and straight with people storing a car for the first time. Joe gets named too, for walking someone through five different spaces before they signed. Nearly 50 years in the business, per the company, and you can reserve online and rent without stopping at the counter. One reviewer had a rough go with a lock on a relative's unit and posted about it, so read the recent reviews yourself. The lot is wheelchair accessible, and there's a moving supply store on site.
