About Storage Star
Storage Star sits on Crows Landing Road in Modesto, and it works for people in Shackelford, Bret Harte, Parklawn and Bystrom, plus folks rolling in from Ceres, Keyes, Salida and Riverbank. The units are drive-up with multi-door access, and sizes run from small lockers up to extra-large spots for cars, boats and RVs. The place has 24/7 monitoring and a security fence, and rentals go month to month. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. Jamie, Cinnamon and Ari get named for being helpful and easy to talk to, and one person said moving to a bigger unit went smoothly with no headache. Another liked that the office works with you on payment timing if you call ahead. A long-term customer said the rates came in lower than other facilities. People also mention the grounds staying clean, with one reviewer noting no varmint problem. It's a straightforward, well-run yard. Reserve a unit online if you want to skip the office visit.
