About Storage Star
Storage Star sits on E Hintz Road in Arlington Heights, a short drive from Wheeling, Buffalo Grove, and Palatine. It handles outdoor RV and boat storage along with regular self-storage units ranging from 5x5 to 10x50. The lot is gated with cameras and electronic access, and there are covered loading areas and a loading dock if you need to move things around. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, saying they are kind and easy to work with. The space gets called clean, and people note that pricing feels reasonable for the area. One reviewer appreciated how clear the information was upfront, and another said finding a unit was simple. A few reviews mention that short-term rentals work well, though one long-term customer warned about price increases over time. If you need a spot for your rig and want a straightforward process, this place seems to deliver. The team is attentive and the facility is well-kept. Just ask about the terms if you plan to stay more than a few months.
