About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Wheeling handles more than household overflow. Covered, indoor and outdoor spots are available, and reviewers mention parking vans and trailers here as well as boats. Gates use keypad and electronic access, and the lot is lit. The property is open 24/7, and there is an on-site manager. People bring up the cleanliness a lot, calling the place clean and well kept. Reviewers also mention how fast the rental process goes and how easy it is to get set up. One mentions a manager helping track down an affordable unit for a trailer. Gate access comes up too, including a note that an app is needed to get in. A long-term renter of five years said any issues were handled quickly. Not everyone is happy. At least one reviewer warns about repeated rent increases and says a payment plan discussion ended badly. Worth reading the reviews yourself before signing. The facility says reserving a space is free with no commitment, and online eRental lets you skip the counter.
