About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits in Raleigh and serves Knightdale, Millbrook and Eagle Rock. It handles more than household goods: the categories listed include vehicle, boat and RV storage. Units are climate controlled, cameras watch the property, and the driveways are wide enough to swing a rig through. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff by name, mostly Lacey and Kerri. People describe them as efficient, kind and easy to work with, and several mention they treat you like a person rather than just a customer. One reviewer stored a large open deck trailer here and said the team went out of their way to fit it in. Others point to quick setup and pricing that stacks up well against other places. At 4.9 stars across 808 Google reviews, the numbers back up what people write. Moving and packing supplies are sold on site if you need them. Hours are posted but the gate is not open around the clock, so check the schedule before you haul over.
