About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Raleigh side runs a self-storage lot with RV, boat and car spaces in covered, indoor and outdoor setups. The gate is electronic and keypad-controlled, the lot is lit, and renters get access around the clock. Online eRental lets you skip the counter on move-in day. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Jennifer gets named a lot, for walking people through unit sizes, answering question after question, and finding a space that fits a budget. Tessa shows up too, for making the rental process easy. The facility itself gets called clean. One reviewer had a different experience with rent going up sharply within a year. Worth reading the lease terms before you sign. The lot is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking.
