About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits in Greenville and serves Bears Mill, Pikeville and Gettysburg. It's a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage, so an RV can go here alongside the usual household stuff. Units are climate controlled, the property is lit and under video surveillance, and the driveways are wide enough to swing a rig through. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name, and the theme is helpful without being pushy. One person said an employee came back from break to sort out a gate code. Others describe clean units and a leasing process that was quick and easy, some saying they reserved over the phone before showing up. The office itself gets called clean more than once. Some reviews mention insurance coverage being available, and climate control matters if you're leaving gear in the unit through an Ohio winter. The rating is 4.8 across 568 reviews, which is a lot of feedback for a town this size. Call ahead on availability and current specials.
