Foundry Condo

About Foundry Condo

Foundry Condo sits in Troy, Ohio, and offers industrial space. That covers business, hobby, garage, storage, and flex uses, and the units are available to buy or lease rather than rent by the month alone. For an RV owner, the garage and storage angle is the part worth a look. It is a condo-style setup, so you would be dealing with a purchase or a lease term instead of a seasonal spot. The listing doesn't spell out bay sizes or whether rigs fit, so ask before you commit. No ratings or reviews are posted yet, which means there is no track record to read through. Troy is in Miami County, north of Dayton. If you are hunting for covered space to keep a rig out of the weather, this is one to put on your call list and check in person.
