About Miami County Fairgrounds
The Miami County Fairgrounds in Troy stays busy well past fair week. The site is used year round for auctions, trainings, animal shows, receptions and winter storage, so there is regular activity on the grounds. Reviewers of the fair itself describe cement lanes that make strollers and wheelchairs easy to get around, and clean restrooms even if the buildings look dated. Families mention the animal barns, the rides and the food, and several say they have made the fair an annual tradition. Others point to the demolition derby and the food truck rally as reasons to come back. With 457 reviews and a 4.3 rating, it draws a steady crowd. For storage, the grounds offer winter space, and the fairground office can answer questions about availability. Check the website before hauling your rig over.
