About Riverside/71 Self Storage
Riverside/71 Self Storage sits in Austin and runs the kind of setup that keeps some eyes on the place: gated entry, security cameras and lit grounds. Access is 24/7, which several reviewers count as a plus. Reviews land around 4.3 stars across 69 Google ratings. People mention the manager, Jake, by name and describe him as helpful during moves and unit changes. A few bring up security cameras and say they feel better knowing their things are watched. Competitive prices come up more than once. One longer review takes a different tone. That person says their non-climate units in Row B took rain water damage and notes the site was still operating under an earlier name at the time. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you sign. Call ahead for unit sizes, rates and current availability.
