About Public Storage
Public Storage in Willow Grove keeps outdoor parking spaces for RVs and other large vehicles, plus drive-up outside units and standard indoor ones. The lot sits close to the Pennsylvania Turnpike, so getting in and out with a big rig is simple. Reviewers tend to praise the staff by name, calling them patient and quick with paperwork. Several mention walking the property to compare units before choosing one. Cleanliness comes up often, and so does the convenience of the hours and the security setup. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about rent going up after a few months, and another described unplowed snow and ice blocking the slope to the gates. Worth knowing before winter. Access is 24/7, and reserving online is free with no commitment.
