About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on a hill in Willow Grove rents small, medium, and large units, and reviewers brought up the size selection more than once. The property is large, and several reviews point to clean grounds. It's rated 4.8 stars across 307 Google reviews. Staff show up again and again in the feedback. People describe the team as courteous and helpful, and name Pete and Olivia for walking them through move-out and other issues. Online paperwork and quick reservations come up as things that went smoothly. One long-time renter of 18 years noted new paving on the road and a manager who keeps up the facility. Not every review is warm. One person said the hill makes getting in and out hard in good weather and shut off access during bad winter weather, with snow not cleared in front of units unless asked. Another warned of a rent increase of over 50% within six months. A third described being turned away at the door. Weigh those against the high rating. The office keeps set hours rather than staying open around the clock.
