About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Valley Park and runs as a gated facility with 24-hour access. Outdoor parking is available for rigs, along with inside units in a range of sizes if you need room for gear. Reservations are free, and you can rent online to skip the counter. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Alma and J'sai get named for answering questions and walking people through the rental process, and the helpfulness comes up again and again. People also call the place clean and well managed, and the 24-hour access gets a lot of love. Not everything is glowing. A few reviewers mention rate increases and fees, and one would like the potholes on the pavement fixed. The lot is easy to find. Call ahead if you have questions about what fits.

What renters mention
“I have had a couple units there for some time. A very nice, coded gated storage facility. It is very easy to find outside of arnold (behind pink elephant). The facility has been maintained very good. Pleasant staff is always courteous.” – Dennis S., 5 months ago, on Google
“This facility is managed well and kept very clean. Having 24hr access is now a huge benefit. The monthly rate for my 10x20 currently increased over $50, which is a huge increase, but now comparable to the other storage facilities nearby.” – My M., 9 months ago, on Google
“Alma was persisted in contacting me. We were playing phone tag. But we did connect and she was very helpful, she answered all my questions.” – Peggy E., 6 months ago, on Google
