About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage in Fenton has built a solid reputation with a 4.8-star rating from over 400 Google reviews. Reviewers frequently mention the polite staff, with several naming employees like Cat and Katelynn for going out of their way to help. The property gets consistent praise for being clean, both inside and out, and the sign-up process is often described as quick and easy. This location offers small, medium, and large storage units, and online booking is available if you want to skip the phone call. Some reviewers note the facility feels secure, and a few mention fair pricing at move-in. One long-term customer has been renting since 2014 and says maintenance issues are fixed promptly. Not every review is glowing. A couple of people mention rate increases after the initial period, and one found the access from the highway tricky due to one-way roads. It's worth asking about the current rate schedule when you reserve. The office has set hours and is not open 24/7, so plan your visits accordingly.
