About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Snell Ave in San Jose handles covered, indoor, and outdoor parking for RVs, boats, and cars. The gate uses a keypad and stays lit, and you can get in any time, day or night. There's an on-site manager and drive-up access to some spaces. Reviewers keep mentioning Teresa by name. She's the manager, and people say she gets them set up quickly, explains everything, and finds a good unit at a fair rate. The property itself gets called clean and well-kept. Check-in is mostly online now, which most folks seem fine with. One thing to know: a few reviewers warn that rent goes up often, and getting a delay means calling corporate and asking for a supervisor. The helpfulness scores are high otherwise, and the place has a 4.9 from more than 500 reviews. If you want a straightforward spot with people who answer questions, it's worth a look.
