About Extra Space Storage
With a 4.9-star average across 954 Google reviews, this Extra Space Storage on Charter Park Drive has built a solid reputation. Reviewers repeatedly mention the facility is clean and well-maintained, and several note the security measures in place. Access hours get a mention too, with one long-term customer calling them great after 14 years of using Extra Space locations. The manager, Jerry, comes up often in reviews. People describe him as friendly, professional, and patient, even using a translation app to help a customer who didn't speak English as a first language. Another reviewer appreciated that he made access work despite a geo-location issue with the app. The office isn't always staffed, but when someone called the number, Jerry showed up quickly to help. This is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage, though specific RV or boat details aren't listed. Units come in small, medium, and large sizes. The property is wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly. If you need a clean, secure spot with attentive management, it's worth a look.
