About Public Storage
This Public Storage location in Richmond handles RVs, boats, and vehicles with outdoor parking spots and drive-up access. The place is gated and open 24/7, so you can get in and out on your own schedule. There are also smaller indoor units if you need somewhere to stash gear. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name. Sam, Chris, and Danielle come up often for being informative and answering questions. One person said Sam walked them through pricing, unit sizes, and the app that opens the gate. Another liked that Chris fixed a messed-up transaction on the spot. Most of the 377 Google reviews are positive, averaging 4.8 stars. A few reviewers warn about rent increases and app limits, like only one user being able to open the gate. It's the kind of place where talking to the office first can save you a headache later. Stop by and see the lot for yourself.
