About Public Storage
Public Storage in Randallstown handles RVs, boats, cars, and regular household goods. They have covered, indoor, and outdoor spots, and the place is gated and lit. You can get to your rig any time, day or night. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name. Debi and Shawn come up a lot. People say they're patient, explain fees clearly, and walk you through the unit and lock setup. One reviewer called Debi an angel during a tough time. Another said Shawn made the whole process comfortable. The rating sits at 4.8 from over 500 reviews. Not every review is glowing. One renter complained about snow plowed into their unit and the gate being left open. That's worth knowing if you're parking outside over winter. The office also offers moving supplies and online rental so you can skip the counter.
