About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Liberty Rd is a self-storage site in Randallstown that also lists outdoor parking, so an RV can sit outside instead of in a unit. The lot is gated with electronic gate access, and the site has climate controlled units alongside non-climate ones. Deliveries are accepted and the drive aisles are wide. Reviews land at 4.9 stars across hundreds of ratings, and most of them talk about the staff. Mike, the manager, comes up again and again: people say he walked them around to compare units, was upfront about each option, and fixed a mixup fast. Several call the rental and move-in process quick, and a few mention clean units and reasonable rates. One reviewer does complain that their rent went up more than once in a year. Read the rate terms before you sign. Otherwise the place is well kept, easy to reach from the freeway, and the office staff get named in review after review.
